CEO
Lawyer, CEO of ABR - Aeroportos do Brasil, and former Director of Brazil’s national land transport agency, ANTT. Vice-chairman of the Federal District chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association’s Infrastructure Commission. He holds a postgraduate degree in the areas of Public Services Regulation; Competition Law and State Law and is a CP3P-certified member of the APMG PPP Certification Program. He studied advanced regulatory policy at George Washington University-DC. He has worked on more than 100 PPP projects for roadways, railways, ports, and airports.
Executive Director
Civil Engineer - Executive Director of ABR - Aeroportos do Brasil, he is experienced as an infrastructure executive, with an emphasis on regulated markets. He has worked as a manager in both the private and public sectors, with notable experience in the Infrastructure Promotion sector - FNAC. He set up a project management office at the Ministry of Infrastructure to coordinate PPP and concession projects. PMP-certified by PMI and CP3P-F-certified by APMG. He is currently studying for a master's degree in Data Science.
Legal-Regulatory Manager
Lawyer with a degree in International Relations. Certified in Sustainable Airport Infrastructure Management and Regulation by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She has been working at the Association for over 5 years, defending the interests of its members and representing them in the most diverse sector forums. She has also worked as a litigation lawyer for several law firms.
Legal and regulatory specialist
Lawyer, post-graduate in Administrative Law and Public Procurement. CP3P-F and IBC-F certified by APMG. Postgraduate student in Infrastructure Management and Governance at Mackenzie College. She has experience in managing, coordinating, and supervising concession and administrative contracts, as well as modeling concession projects. She has worked as a legal advisor on engineering contracts and public bidding and contracting processes.
Administrative Advisor
A tourism expert, she has more than 9 years of experience providing high-level executive advice to national and international companies, as well as ambassadors and representatives from other countries. She has international experience in secretarial and administrative management, as well as relevant experience in financial control.
Intern
Production Engineering student at the University of Brasília. She has experience in process management and mapping, data analysis, and the financial area. She has participated in projects aimed at diagnosing and proposing improvements to information systems and also participates in research focused on the Observatory of Quality and Customer Satisfaction in Air Services. She is involved in projects under the Institutional Scholarship Program for Initiation in Technological Development and Innovation (PIBITI).
